BFG is the result of a competition between our brewers. Jarno wanted to brew a Black Forest stout, while Roddy wanted a big, fruity Gose… we said “fuse them!”. Thus, we have BFG; a Black Forest Gateau Gose big with the flavours of cherry, raspberry, blackberry and chocolate with the salinity of coriander and salt on the finish to lift all the fruity flavours.
